My architect came by the property today to get a sense of where the house will go so he can adjust the design to the lay of the land. He also owns a vineyard and winery and has two John Deere Tractors. So he gave the Kioti a spin and liked it quite a bit. Then my wife decided to take it for a little ride since she had not driven it yet. It took a minute or two to get used to the power shuttle but she had it pretty quick. Very exciting! From time to time, I hear folks complain about the stress of building their own house. But if you love the construction trades as much as I do, it can be one of the best times in your life. The more hours you can spend on site during the process the better. When the subcontractors realize you're not the "owner from H...", they'll actually suggest little ways, sometimes big ways, you might want to deviate from the actual plans and specs to get an even better result.

BTW, did you find the source of the loose nut.

That is one nice beast of a machine. Glad you and the Mrs. are happy. Are you going to start a house build thread?

I looked the tractor over as best I could. Did not find source of the nut. Got up under it with a flashlight. Nothing missing. I will probably do it again There is no nut at the bottom of my FEL indicator rod and no place for one.

Looks like the FEL level indicator is set up differently on the RX than the NX and DK.

Could be just be an extra nut that was dropped and lost when the tractor was being prepped.

Murphy, I will probably start a thread about the house build. Met with our architect this weekend. I'm sure that is going to be an adventure all in itself.
Threepoint- yes I had the same thought. hopefully when they were setting things up somebody dropped a nut and just grabbed another one But I'll be under it this weekend double-checking everything.

Congrats on the 7320. I've had mine since August. First tractor I've ever owned other than lawn tractors so I'm not a good judge but I love it. Have done a bunch of grading and trail making, driveway repairs and bush hogging so far so good. I'm still learning to utilize the power shuttle my instinct after driving sticks all these years is to use the clutch instead of the shuttle but other than that it's going well except for when I about tipped it over trying to grade my creek. Major pucker factor but a learning experience too say the least! The wife and daughter seem to approve as well.

Kalkid, this is my first tractor as well. The tipping over part must have been intense.
