I need to move the BH65. I know the "correct way" is to remove the 3pt hitch and install the Backhoe on the B2620. However, it is cold and I will need the hitch again before I need to use the BH. Is there a safe/practical way to lift and move the BH and with the FEL and chains? Just asking.

It's barely possible. You have to use the curl function. Watch the chains don't bend or damage it.
It's been a few years but seems to me I used 2 chains or a chain and a strap.

I wouldn't risk damaging the TPH or BH by trying to get the BH and the TPH on at the same time. It is easy enough to remove the BH and then install the the TPH.

Everyone - of course - was right. I typed that in a moment of weakness, In the end, I did the correct thing and it was probably the easiest BH install ever!

I thought about this, but in the end - removed the TPH and installed the BH. If felt so good and was the easiest ever- but would still like to see the guy who can do it in 15 minutes. BTW, in Michigan - you understand cold!

Good deal. Yes we understand cold here

I had no real choice. I bought the backhoe used and had to get it on my trailer. My son and I used his loader to get it on the trailer. We rigged it carefully to avoid bending or breaking. It took a couple of tries to find a good way of attachment.

If I could have figured out a safe way...I slung chains around the cultivator and the rear blade, but that was easy (and they were cheap) The reason I am moving this stuff so late in the season, was the last minute addition of some cows. Didn't want them chewing on the hydraulic cables.
