Penetrating oils are mostly a feel good thing.

No they aren't. Try the tip I posted and you'll see a vastly better result.

GIBBS is by far the best,next to KROIL. Have bought kroil by the 5 gal. can then used gibbs nothing better google it and check it out this is my go to stuff for 6 years best that I have used so far if anything better let me know. Have herd of BLUE CREEPER but have yet to use any would like to try some next time I buy.

I have almost 40 years in the service industry now. I have tried it.

As I said, penetrating oils are mostly a feel good thing. They take time to work, and most of the time you need heat anyway.

Just use the heat first, and it's over.

Heating penetrating oil, makes lots of toxic smoke. I can live without breathing that. And, it's another odor I don't care to be bathed in.

Suit yourself, if you like using it, I don't.
