What would keep your Grapple out of the FIRE?

I'm calm.
I was just pointing out something that we do that is beneficial to our customers.
****, this wasn't a big scheme to sell more grapples. Our grapples are selling.
I guess my cool tidbit comes across as a master marketing scheme to some.

You'd think we just spent money for some of those crazy annoying flashing banner ads to lure you to our website or something.

You started the thread, just ask the Mods to remove it if it offends you. But you do need to calm down.

I am calm. Promise.
No sunshine, coffee is wearing off and no kids running around arguing over toys(well, not in the literal sense anyway).

When I installed my rear remotes I used NPT fittings and hoses, thinking that if a hose blew, I could source it at Tractor Supply. Turned out to be a complete nightmare, trying to get, and keep, the fittings sealed ... back of tractor covered in dripping hydraulic fluid. Pulled the rear remote valve and replaced all the fittings with JIC wherever I could.
I did the same thing except it was my homemade wood splitter.

Thread went down in flames trying to keep grapple out of the fire...however, I did learn a few things from it so it has that element going for it.

They say what doesn't kill us makes us stronger. The grapple isn't dead. It probably isn't any stronger, but I think it did a pretty good job of surviving.

Maybe adding that mesh on the grapple will be in order. I have it on my grapple from MIE.

If that were the case, I'd let you all line up and flog me.

True that.

It might come off as a master marketing scheme to those that don't know the difference in hydraulic fittings, etc. In this case you just happened to run into several posters who definitely know the differences. :)
