Seem to remember Canada (and others) having them but not the US. I know I've seen pictures and / or videos of them.

Front fenders look cool but, like something else I'd bend in about a day and a half. From the pictures I've seen, I get the idea they're common only in locations where they're required for road travel. Some of the tractors with them also had license plates. I think they were somewhere in Europe.

Don't recall seeing front fenders up here on M7040's (at least locally) Yes they'd be nice, be I am thinking they'd they caught on stuff.

Thanks for the replies. I use the tractor for snow in the winter so traveling on the road throws junk back on the cab. I am sure I could have some made but trying to keep it simple. Thanks

When I bought my M108S I was interested in fenders but they were only available for the larger M100GX to M135GX plainly shown on Kubota's 2013 catalog cover. Later they became available for the M108S and others according to the Build My Kubota site, but the price was approximately $1000. I looked up the parts to check individual prices and the fender is about $100 plus and the support linkage, frame etc, is roughly $900. Wow! Needless to say, I gave up on fenders.

I know these tractors are larger than yours, but you might be able to get an idea of how to build your own by looking at their design on the Kubota Parts site. Perhaps some of these parts might fit your M7040 and be able to be adapted to your needs? The $100 fender isn't too outrageous, but the rest is, IMO.

They are currently available for the 7060 but again at nearly 1,000 which is about normal compared to other brands. We did sell several sets of fenders only that people have mounted to the loader frame for your type of work. They do not turn with the wheels but catch the bulk of crap.

$1000 is a chunk of change. What are the ones like that attach to the loader frame?? Thanks
