Yeah and in third world countries they do a lot of stupid things, that are unsafe, unadvised and just dumb too. Just because they get away with doing something unsafe once, does not mean it wont catch up with them at a later date. Yeah, I know poor people have poor ways, I know this very well, having grown up dirt poor, and I have seen and done things that were ill advised. It still doesn't make it safe or a good idea.

I couldn't tell if everyone gets out of the water after it slips into the water like an Anhinga....
