Yes, 100gal oil tank. That part of the trail was all done by hand. Scroll up the page and you'll see the airial view of where it is in comparison to the gravel pile and house.

Got some done this year. I focused on the section from the house to the new garden... thinking I'll be traveling that alot next year hauling in dirt. Probably 25ish loads with the atv trailer.

Went for a walk with the girl the other day.

She loves climbing the gravel pile

She liked this tree because it was her height :)

Thanks guys. Yeah, I try not to let my projects take family time away.

Was thinking the same thing - she's growing up right in front of us all!!

Treasure these times. My daughters are 23 and 25 now. I miss the times when they were your daughters age. It just seems like yesterday.

Been there done that, I started 3+ years ago making parameter trails around my property (147 acres). I'm almost done!!! had a bad storm in may that blocked most of my trails. Now that the weather has cooled, its back to cleaning up the impassable trails.

I just retired to 41 acres in Missouri. I'm going to be clearing the property line too. The property is roughly 1320'x1320' and fenced on 3 1/2 sides already. I aiming for a walking trail first so I can tend/mend the fences. Eventually I'd like to get my Kioti CK4010 around it too.

Doing the same with a small Deere 350 Dozer... it cuts a nice path through some very steep areas.

Started back up on the trail! Over the last three weeks I've put down 4 tons of crusher dust and 2.5ts of rock.

Doesn't squat too bad

Kind of have in mind that I could use a loadhandler here. Once I backed onto my ramps and the truck sat level with the road.

I have twice this much done. The upper right of the pic is where the tree house is.

IF your trail is wide enough to maneuver your truck through you could unload IN place with a Loadhandler. Drive a few feet, crank a couple of times.

Regardless if you can get a Loadhandler for $30 like I did (thread) you'll realize that shoveling is GOOD, LOT'S MORE EXERCISE!! Strengthens the muscles!! Builds character!!
