Good thing is youll learn all the tricks of the trade along the way... once your able to figure out tinkering problems on your own it will make things roll better.. and you will... its all an experience.. never stop learning :thumbsup:
I'm not sure it's the same thing... you're not expected to know how to work on every facet of your car when you go out and buy a new car, a tractor shouldn't be any different. Can it make life easier? sure. But it's not and shouldn't be a requirement
Sure I see what your saying im not asking you to breakdown an engine, or spilt a bell housing.. im saying learn the little tinkering stuff as you go and will be a big +. Turning a wrench, running a test light, checking fuses, fixing leaks.. no need for mechanic skills just a little basic know how
