Bent hitch is all it did. Still worked fine.

Had one like that at a sister division of my company. they had an old trailer at the dock on its dolly. they were loading stuff in it for storage - heavy things like stamping dies and major welding fixtures. The 1st shift guy had them spread out in the truck and it was almost full. the 2nd shift guy decided the first shift was an idiot so he so he took the stuff out and started packing it in much better. they figured he had over 80,000 lbs plus the 15,000 lb forklift in the front half of the trailer when the dolly collapsed. Fortunately he wasn't hurt!

This certainly looks wrong. My first thought was simply that they ran the video in reverse, but they didn't.
