Is that a typo? 255/85/16 isn't a common truck tire size.
Larger tires in The same ply rating, the larger tires are gonna have a higher load capacity.
I like mastercraft coursers. Pick the courser model that has tread you like. But for an American tire, they are hard to beat price wise.
I have the hxt's on my truck. Good in snow. For me, milage ain't much concern cause any time my truck is moving, its either hauling, towing, or plowing. Nothing lasts over 30k. But that's still about 6 years worth.
I went the other direction. I went from 235/80 up to 265/70. Better flotation off road.
