Anyone have any experience with Talstar P around creeks (waterways) and wildlife (turkeys and deer). Is it going to contaminate the game meat?

I would avoid it around drinking water. Wildlife will be ok, what you want to do is spray bushes in your yard or trees, places where mosquitos will be in large numbers.

I own nothing but stihl power equip including a BR600. I can't justify $700 for the SR450 that I'll use a couple times a year. The Hudson gets great reviews!

The 450 is too top heavy with a full tank, that's why I went with the SR200. I wanna say I paid $399?

I have used the $69 Fogger from Home Depot/Lowes which are propane driven but are very unstable and unreliable. When they worked they worked. I also purchased a Mosquito Magnet that was about $450 and it worked for a while. It was very high maintenance and I quit using it and got rid of it. Looking again I would would go the higher end Stihl/fogger approach. This has been a great thread for finding info.

Looking at this video it seems it would be fine after drying. We have (organic) free range chickens and they seem to be fine with all sorts of non food type items they find in our yard. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRgQO_ynFSs
