Murph, you were correct. There was a loose wire from the positive side that connected to the (I am going to say "safety switch") located near the diesel fill. Does that sound right? Anyways, everything seems to be coming to life again. Thanks for your help. Sometimes, it just takes someone saying- recheck. Appreciate it.

All viable suggestions...might double check the main ground on the tractor frame...also a cold sticky relay on the original symptoms...

+1, if the lights won't turn on the ground is a very likely candidate.

Do you have a vom and know how to use it?
