Rethinking Kioti products

You really did post her name.... someone needs to call her and tell her that! That's not ok at all! I'm sure Kioti will really want to help you now! Good thing no one knows the OPs name! Oh wait!

You really think Kioti would sue someone for mentioning a Customer Service Agent's name??

It's NOT about if Kioti would sue someone...it's largely about what TBN allows via it's EULA, which you and everyone else who posts here agreed to when signing on.
Read the service agreement: it states, (in terms for the not so bright), that one cannot do slanderous, libelous, etc. acts, no copyright infringement, etc. No slamming of dealer's, etc. No slamming of manufacturers too.
And, once again you miss the point by miles; it's not about mentioning a customer service agent's name- but it IS about dragging their good name through the mud and making false accusations about their person, how they do their job, and similar. Get it now???

Looks like it. I'm with you, I don't think there's anything wrong with mentioning Melissa Waters' name and saying she didn't call someone back. That's hardly slanderous. As a matter of fact, googling her name brings up a few pages from our good ole TBN. One thread includes her email address.
