I didn't rewrite my own post- no I'm not a mod here on TBN, but if I were, I'd have cut a lot more posts from this thread. For those thinking its alright to make false statements about someone here on TBN, here's a brief clarification of the terms slander and libel: "Libel is the use of false, defamatory claims about someone in written or printed form. Slander likewise denotes false statements that damage a personç—´ reputation, but it is committed orally or in any other transient form. Both words have complex legal definitions and connotations..."
Here's just one of the OPs rants about the Kioti Customer service rep:...<snipped> "Guys im not bashing Kioti like i said in my post this is my second unit but, i will pose a test for you who may have doubt try to contact melissa waters at Kioti hq in north carolina and wait for them to call you back please go ahead i'll wait............. i bet you no one called back. like i posted im dealing with the usa #1 dealer of Kioti and to me i feel like everything should work properly on this tractor i feel its at safety issue if my son hit the forward pedal and it rolls because you cant see what you are in could be disastrous. as i posted everything was fine when i found out it was not working i took off the potentionmeter tested it and also put it on a working Kioti and the dash lights worked i then removed the cruse unit and did the same thing and it was also working then i hooked the dash up to a new Kioti and it to works fine now im frustrated i'm running out of thing to test and don't seem to be getting help from Kioti no one wants to admit thay had cruse moduel problems or ignition issues whats a fellow have to do? i love my tractor but, never thought i would have problems just speaking to someone i'm pretty knowledgeable about mechanical stuff but this one has got my head hurting.."
And his original slam of Kioti and their customer service, or lack thereof, from his statements now quoted: "I called Melissa Waters who is customer service at Kioti in NC and no one their has called back nor answered any of my e-mails trying to find out what it may be the dealer says it has to be in the wiring.I understand anything can and will go wrong from time to time but if you are looking for any customer support from Kioti you will be supprised everything is all good when the sales pitch starts but let a few months pass and try and get anything out of them if their is anyone who reads these posts who is from Kioti you need to step up your game......
So between the 'posed test' to call up the Kioti HQ customer service rep, and the statements about customer service not returning his call(s), emails, there is little doubt that the OPs attitude is one bent on saying the the cust svc rep is NOT doing her job- (which he thinks is to call him back about his dealer having told him the problem is in the wiring - which he doesn't think is a good enough answer). :confused2:
The Kioti rep IS doing her job; and it's NOT to return every call from some guy frustrated because he doesn't like the answer his dealer gave him about some minor wiring issue on an out of warranty tractor.
Portraying Kioti HQ as uncaring, needing to step up their game, etc. is NOT what TBN is about or here for. One has a problem with any major companies customer service personnel or methods, take it up with the company directly; not hiding behind some internet forum and throwing cheap shots to gain attention, then when it's brought up in the same forum by rightfully indignant members, backpedaling and making excuses about frustration, etc.
This whole thing is pathetic, but what's more pathetic is the fact that so many are so blind to that fact.
End trans.
