I am not sure how laws are in other states regarding hunting, but in ohio, if deere hunting, you cannot have more than 1 loaded gun. And that gun must meet requirements. Shotguns must have plugs to limit it to 3 rounds, pistols must have at least 4-1/2 barrel and .357 or larger caliber, etc. No high power rifle hunting in OH.

But I hunt other things during deer season. Squirrel, groundhogs, etc. So carrying a loaded rifle, season in or not, don't mean I am deer hunting.

not here,, only way to be arrested for DUI is, you have to be caught behind the steering wheel .. Back seat, passenger seat doesn't cut it..

about the dyed diesel.. we hardly have enough troopers to patrol the roads, much less go around sticking tanks to check fuel

MI and WI you can exercise your 2nd Amendement rights and your concealed carry permit, while hunting, gun or bow.

I know someone that happened to. He was in the military it and really set him back.

Came out of bar a ways off base, went to his truck to sleep it off in the back seat. Got woke up a time later by knocking and a Mag light. Keys were in his pocket.

Same in Illinois . And the Bureau of Weight and Measurement can and will stick your tank anytime , anywhere .

Yep. Military sets a pretty strict standard against that violation. Especially if the Soldier is an Officer or NCO. Can end their career.
