When I was a kid, I had a Kawasaki 2 stroke dirt bike I took apart regularly and every time I put it back together, I had parts left over...and every time it ran better.![]()
I remember someone calling into Car Talk about this issue. Their question was about Volkswagens, but I think it applies here as well. Question was: if you have spare parts every time you take apart your car, how many times do you have to take it apart before you have enough leftover parts for a second car?
