Both are F250's with the Super Duty package, 6.7L, and black leather.
This garnet colored F250 with the FTX package is all chromed out, and it does have another special package on it, but don't remember for sure if it was from Tuscany or some other outfit. Yes, that is all painted plastic trim on the rocker panel area. Sorry for the blurry pic, I guess I moved the camera. I might have to go back and make a better one. This one can be had for MSRP just under $85K:





This one has the Black Op's package from Tuscany, and can be had for MSRP of about $83K:
