Here are a couple of pictures of the wheel weights that I made. You may not need to add this much for FEL work, but for grapple work it just made things operate so much smoother. Just love this tractor, BTW.

Mysfyt.... Glad to hear you are liking your machine! What are some of the jobs you have tackled with it? Just curious. Thanks.

Mostly grapple work clearing junk trees and brush off my property. Used the FEL for a little bit of landscaping and moved some snow with it last winter. Meets or exceeds my expectations so far.

What the plan for yours?

Mysfyt.... I plan on using for food plot work (6 ft disc, 12 inch two bottom plow sometimes, tiller, broadcast funnel, row planter, etc.), mowing large lawn with finish mower, snow removal (We have bad winters here...rear mount blower one day, bucket for now), and wood splitter. I think it will be well matched for these tasks from what I researched. I'm glad you have enjoyed yours... sure hope I do to. I know its not the biggest compact on the market....but I just couldn't justify the bigger 4701... besides I had originally targeted the 3301 but as most suggested 'go one size bigger', etc. While the 4701 undoubtedly would perform better for my food plot needs I think the 3901 is the better fit for my day to day.... I'm sure hoping It will scratch my food plot itch though! So far everyone said it will!

I wouldn't load front tires, just unneeded stress on front axel. If 1300 lbs. is too heavy for 3-point on that tractor you should consider a slightly larger tractor.

My front tires are loaded. Not sure I understand the additional stress on the axle? It is not like adding suitcase weights to the front of the tractor. Loaded tires would be the same as adding wheel weights?
I understand the additional stress if you would lift the front with the loader. Should I unload my tires?

No added stress on the front axle that I can see. Just added footprint weight that you usually don't need.

I added the weight thinking it would be minimal help with plowing snow.
