Beer taste is personal preference. I like golden lager type beer. Such beer should be served between 45 and 58F. Some are better colder and some taste better warmer. Also colder beer is better at hot summer day.
Czech Republic has highest consumption of beer in the world with 159l/capita. USA is on 10th place with 86l/capita. Czechs prefer low alcohol beer (3 to 4%) so recalculated to alcohol (from beer), alcohol consumption in US and CZ are about the same.
Drinking beer in CZ is fun. It is cheap, it is good and you can drink lot of it without getting drunk.

Guinness has to be frosty cold or a person can't stand to chew and swallow the stuff.
Sapporo, Red Barron, Waterloo Dark and Steam Whistle.

I've had creamy room temp Guinness at several pubs in England......the tap handle is actually a pump and a good bartender can draw a shamrock in the creamy head. It was delicious!

Home brew anyone? I use to be able to buy a can of blue malt and make my own five gallon batch of beer

I don't like the Bocks, lagers or ales. Prefer not to have the bitter taste. Prefer pilsner or Belgian white beers. Many of the "world" beers are this time, like Tiger, Michelob, etc.

The internet has sure changed things.

You could go to a bar, and try some. Tons of beer out there. Asking what taste good is a very open question.

... I poured myself a glass of Sangria this afternoon (it was in the refrigerator) but then my wife wanted to go out, so I just sat that glass in the freezer. When we got home, it was frozen and I sipped it as it thawed.

First time I had Sangria was in Spain a few years ago when we where in Barcelona and decided to have lunch on a street called La Rambla. It was full of street vendors and entertainers. Really a fun place to just sit and watch what was going on all around us. The glass of Sangria was huge and we probably spent a good hour drinking it. It was perfect!!!!

About a month or so after getting home, we picked up a bottle of Sangria. It tasted the same as I remembered, but it wasn't the same at all. Sometimes it's where you are and what's happening that makes the drink. I've found this to be true with beer too. I've had the best beer of my life in places that where amazing, but they never seem to be as good when I get home and buy it locally. '
