So this is shameless plagiarizing of Piston's thread of grapple pictures.

I finally got my backhoe up and running this evening and thought it would be cool to see some pic of the fun stuff I will get to do.

If a backhoe attachment picture thread already exists please direct me that way. Otherwise, here's my newly mounted BH90-X 1460762384744.jpg

I'll add some of my little homemade bh digging out an old oil tank.
This is one of the first larger projects I did with it.

What if it's a grapple and BH project:D

Continued my battle with the property the previous owners logged. Had my little helper with me, told her to wave to the safety police.

That's a biggun!

Stumps are ornery and the bigger they are the meaner they are as I'm finding out. I'll get the hang of it eventually as I sure do have a lot of em to practice on.

Looks like she's pretty good with the hoe. I guess you operate the grapple since she can't reach the pedals for the FEL yet. Team work.

The you are a lucky bast**d and I am envious! :drink:
My plan is to first prove to myself the my hoe has the necessary capabilities then to work on a hydraulic thumb.
My almost 4yr old has already been in my lap at the controls.

I have a mechanical on my BX and I use it a lot but hate having to get off and stop work to set it. The hydraulic thumb is awesome! Pedal for the thumb sucks.

She's the only one of the children that can't operate a tractor on her own or shoot...she'll probably be shooting before summers over. Anyway she hangs out a lot waiting for her opportunity. She does drive on my lap a lot:thumbsup:

That's awesome!! You got to admire the handy work of the local beavers plus enjoy the destruction.
Yep, then enjoy watching the water going down the spillway.

Not to side track this thread but it involves backhoes.

We are looking in the price range of $5,000 for a backhoe. I mean a tlb. Any of you had any good luck with those cheaper ones or any recommendations??
