Looks like you have some stump grinding in your future.did some cleaning up today. used an 8-8.5' oak log as ballast chained to the rear blade. i'm trying to save the three large logs to mills. but one the tractor couldn't quite pick up. i'm going to give it a month or so to dry out and we'll try again. <img src="http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=466419"/> <img src="http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=466420"/> <img src="http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=466421"/> <img src="http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=466422"/> <img src="http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=466423"/>

Nice hat, Terry. Yer really starting to show yer age... *grin*
I have a piece of railroad track I use in much the same fashion, chain it on top of my box blade or in loader bucket, depending on which end my little (by comparison to yours) tractor needs ballast. Only about 250#, but helps alot.
