Dropped another locust today... will be a good test of the logging winch I borrowed, as I have to get it up a steep bank. Didn't have time today, no more than got it on the ground, and got a message that the wife and kids were ready to go to town... maybe tomorrow it will get skidded up the hill.

I'm cutting some downed Locust on a lades Property and it is covered in Poisoned Oak. I got it really bad a couple of weeks ago.

I got my firewood more organized yesterday. I still need to straighten up the tarps and move the pallets of uglies.

I have a piece of railroad track I use in much the same fashion, chain it on top of my box blade or in loader bucket, depending on which end my little (by comparison to yours) tractor needs ballast. Only about 250#, but helps alot.

that is my father. he was healping me out. every little bit helps i'm guessing that little log weighs 800+ish pounds
