Its interesting that the OP hasn't posted since November.

Maybe they finally fixed the thing or maybe he found out it was something he was doing or maybe the dealer done away with him.
Or maybe he took your advice and quit making payments and it ruined his credit and he lost his house and is living under a bridge somewhere waiting for his lemon law mediation hearing, without wifi so he can't post....
Ha! Keep your sense of humor Dick, just yanking your chain!
I do hope he had it checked out and they got the HP up to spec. Then if he runs the rpm up near normal, I think he will be happy with the tractor. They can be a little doggy under load from an idle, mostly due to EPA constraints. The old 7520 (predecessor to the mPower85 and 8560) was a hot rod, but it did throw out some smoke doing so.
Did you ever get your 85 lack of umpf figured out. I have one with 875 hrs and it has been similar since 500 hrs. No real 83 hp power. Thanks for your time. RikTractor has been at the dealer numerous times. I had it put on Dyno at local JD dealer(twice). PTO hp is 61-64. When I have complained to Mahindra Customer Service and to dealer about the hp, the Customer service said that advertised HP is Motor HP, Not PTO horsepower.
If i am pushing snow and the rpm's are at 1000 it will not speed up when you give it throttle, it will just back off instead. Must have it over 1000-1200 rpms to have any power at all to push snow. Temperature outside is at 30-40 degrees when using it. it is not a fuel issue.
The dealer did a complete oil and fuel change at 50 hours, and it has not improved the power at all.
Last two day getting a ch.en.lt after warm up then goes limp, barely 1500 rpm. No throttle response but idles perfect. Very cold here now but no issues last season. Will try to pull some codes later but not sure if my car scanner will work and if it does won't know what the codes mean.hahahaCrank that motor up- listen to the turbo, it has to spin fast to make HP.
My 8560 sweet spot is @1750 rpm, subsoiled shoved as deep as it will go can stop forward motion but wheels keep turning until shear bolt breaks. If shear bolt don’t break, it will dig 4 holes till it bottoms out.
BTDT in a soggy Duck Hole.
