Well it's been a little over a month since they went to court & so far it has been quiet. Their next court date is in January so maybe the peace & quite will at least last until then.

What seems kind of odd is I haven't even seen them at their property since the July court date. I would have thought they would be over there partying if nothing else. They normally throw a big party 3-4 times each summer between Memorial Day & labor day.

You may have gotten lucky and scared them at least until the judge cuts them lose...time will tell....hopefully they leaned you don't play...

Well it's been a little over a month since they went to court & so far it has been quiet.

You just never know. Sometimes folks with their mentality will feel threatened if they can't get their way, and they'll move. Sometimes all it takes is for someone to stand firm and they quit being a problem. I had two fellows buy property next to mine, one on one side and the other the far side. One of them thought the cleared flat area on my property was a great spot for his RV. The other guy tried to say a metal pipe stuck in the ground was the property line marker even though I showed him the pin location and original stake still beside it. The metal pipe was to tie up a boat on our lake. I think the 2nd guy would still be arguing if he didn't get a divorce and sell the property one of my neighbors. The new owner has no problem with the location of the corner. The fellow with the RV became completely uninterested in his land when he found out he didn't own anything flat. He forfeited the land back to the Texas Veterans Land Board. I stood up to both of them and now neither are even around.

Hate when people refuse to acknowledge where their property ends... My neighbor has 5 boys and 2 girls all under 9 or so that seem to love to run any and everywhere. I don' mind other than they think my fruit trees are fun to climb and break...

Well it's starting again. The guy that was cited for trespassing about 16 months ago was back yesterday driving in my field in a jeep.

I tried to call the deputy that cited him the last time but he wasn't working this weekend so I will try him on Monday.

We weren't home at the time but I saw the tracks when we came home. My neighbor called this morning to tell me he had seen them driving the Jeep through the field. He also said he would tell the police that he saw them.

Hopefully this will get them another trespassing charge.

Probably got a 1 year and 5 month probation. Waited an extra month to make sure he was off of probation.
Amazing what people do and think when it comes down to property value He thinks it's worthless, but it means
all the world to you. Some day they will get tired of having the police keep coming to their door.
