CK2510 HST forward/reverse pedal doesn't return to center

I have the same issue but usually only on start up while backing it out of the garage and moving around in the driveway. I have noticed that it really depends on how warm the engine temp is and the RPM the tractor is running at. The HST pump works much better with the fluid warmed up to operating temperature and at a higher RPM, 2000 vs 1200 and creates enough pressure to make the functions work the way they should. I have only owned mine for a few months and am still learning the quirks. I saved the PDF file from post #17 from the link SJAY (thanks) provided and will run through those test KIOTI provided as well. There seems to be different issues and different fixes according to the other thread but some good learning.

Maybe RPM is part of the issue. I never operate at less than 1800 RPM, even using just the backhoe. I haven't experienced this problem and I'm at 250 hrs.

Checked the linkage this morning it's well lubed as I thought when it decides to keep going the rpm isn't a factor but it is less prone to happen when warm and a higher rpm. At a high rpm next to the edge of a bank it can be rather nerve wracking when the tractor wants to keep going. Today it worked as it should with a couple hrs. work next time it may not and catch me off guard.

I was moving a lot of brush yesterday and mine worked flawlessly in low range however in the middle range it definitely did some creeping, sometimes to a slow stop (3 feet) sometimes I had to tap the reverse, not sure how far it would have went. I lubed everything up well last Monday so I know it isn't that.

Well I finally got the tractor out today, had nine 13t loads of sand delivered so I worked her pretty hard spreading it out. The pedal was a little slow to return from forward until the tractor got warm then it worked fine. As far as the RPM issue goes I was running at 2400 most of the day.

I have owned mine since 07/16 bought new and have always had an intermittent issue with the pedal not centering. Dealer called me a few weeks ago with a possible fix, so I brought it in and they replaced the dampener and return spring as per Kioti. I went to pick it up and the tech went with me to load the tractor. Knowing this was a intermittent issue and being at the dealer, the Kioti would work just fine... Just my luck, (good it happened at the dealer) the tractor went into it's funk and reared it's ugly head. So needless to say I left the tractor at the dealer for further observation. It has been a week since that happened, so I called to see what the status was. Service manager told me they tested the Hydro/pump pressures and it was erratic..? Currently waiting to see what Kioti wants to do. I will keep you posted.

I concur with you 1965. I have the same symptoms that disappear after warm up.

I had mine done last year. 100 hrs on it and the dealer put a new hst/trans in it. No problems since. Kioti knows about this issue and seems to be telling the dealers just to replace the trans or hst or whatever you wanna call it.
