You sound pretty married to Kubota. I will say that a regular L or even an MX will feel like a step or two backward vs a Grand L.

If it's in your budget, L6060. I'm not sure about a cab on a tree farm.

What is your budget anyway? That would help a good bit.

Nothing wrong with a cabbed tractor on a tree farm. Simply size the implements so the tractor doesn't have to run into/under trees. Orchards do it all the time.

Even the DK 35 lifts a hundred pounds more.

we have a Kioti dealer not far who has a good reputation but a little high, nice man

Take a look at Kioti on the RX series, 60 horse 3384lbs lift to full height that beats the mx 5800 by 1100lbs loader lift, and lifts 23 INCHES HIGHER

Probably will still be much less then the Kubota. I just bought my second tractor and price out a lot of companies, what Kubota wants over the competition is crazy, especially for a tractor with less capability.
