The 2nd Amendment text:
A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

The underline part is most important...it specifies "the right of the people", not the right of the militia or right of the state.
The militia is a subset of the people (all of us), thus the people have the right.

Then why can't I own a bazooka?

From the Oxford Dictionary of English:
,,Infringe - to break, injure, damage, make void
1. To break, shatter (rare in a physical sense); to break down, crush, destroy: to foil, defeat, frustrate; to cancel, invalidate.
4. To break the force or diminish the strength of; to weaken, enfeeble, impair; to mitigate.
5. To break in or encroach on or upon.

Yes. Gun control laws are unConstitutional.

You should be able to. But those before you allowed a sense of safety to remove a real freedom.

Syria, and now Turkey are examples of why that should not happen here (or anywhere)

There is no federal law preventing you from owning an empty tube.

"Grenade and rocket launcher attachments for use on military type rifles generally do not come within the definition of destructive devices. However, the grenades and rockets used in these devices are generally within the definition."

If you want grenades and rockets to launch out of your tube Fill out the proper BATF forms, pay the fees, go through the background checks, get your license, fill another BATF form, pay the tax get your rocket. Then take a junk car out in the country and blow it up with your rocket. After using said rocket, fill out and send in the proper BATF form stating you destroyed your destructive device.
