Jack, This is a joke, right.
Maybe it should be in the people towing something wrong thread.

Jack, If this is your setup you really need something.
1) Not sure of the trucks age but maybe you need to replace the rear springs. Check your springs for a broken leaf or they maybe just worn out.
2) Get a WD hitch to help transfer some of that load.
3) Move the tractor back on the trailer so the bucket isn't on the tongue.
4) When in transit the 3 pt attachment should be down on the deck, not up in the air.
5) Maybe you need a longer trailer if you can't back the load to balance it better.

It doesn't look that big to me.
What tractor is it?
What implement is in the pickup bed?
What size is the trailer and weight rating?

As said, first thing to do is back the tractor up so the bucket is inside the front stop bar, not on the tongue. Then put your attachment on the back all the way down. From there look again at your truck. If its still squatted too much, you need to determine why. It could be the tongue weight is still too much or your springs are worn, etc. I see you also have a load in the truck bed.. Remove that too.

The tractor is a farm track 555 back tires are loaded about 900lbs between tires. The trailer is a 16' so if I put the bucket on the trailer the back tires will be on the dove tail! A two bottom plow is in the trucks box.

I would agree on checking the leaf springs but looks like typical chevy sag.
