Get a call from the wife at work that she found a bullet hole in the basement window.
Looking at, I'm leaning towards small rock being thrown by me mowing a couple of weeks ago (we don't spend much time in the basement). Did find a VERY small rock (think pebble size) on the deck underneath the window which is making lean in that direction added although it won't go through the hole, almost fits the size of the hole.
Double pane window, nothing on the second layer touched, nor do I see any bullet fragments between the two layers of glass. Have shot some suppressed .22 out back, but on the hill, and looking at the angles, can't see it being a ricochet due to the hill behind the house.
I've seen holes in glass from bullets, the the fragmentation doesn't look like what I'm use to around the entry point, but then again, perhaps that's due to the glass.
