Why no QA bucket on the CK2510?

Does anyone know how much this option runs?

rgrillin, do you have any more pics of this setup? I called my dealer I bought my tractor from and he said the QA plate and bucket would probably run me around $900. Does that seem like a reasonable cost? I believe he would sell to me at his cost, which would run him around $700 but he said it would cost to get it shipped.

First question you have to ask yourself do you really need QA plate on your tractor. If you are going to be taking bucket off and switching to grapple, forks etc. yes but if not then why pay for something you will not use. Just saying. I have it on mine and have not taken bucket off yet and have had my tractor 4 years. It came with the tractor so did not have an option.

I don't see myself swapping "too" often, but I would like a set of pallet forks. I know they would come in handy around the farm. I would also like to get a grapple on down the line sometime.

That is fine but another thing to consider is your tractor be able to handle lifting heavy bales of hay etc etc. You only have 25 hp. I have a 30hp and they have their capabilities. Not trying to discourage you just pointing out the facts. Maybe in a few years you might want a bigger tractor and maybe not. Nobody knows what the future holds.

Bite the bullet and get the QA. I did on my old L3400hst. It cost me close to a $1000. I kept my original bucket. When I traded the tractor off, as that $1000 included the new QA bucket as well. I went on to modify my old original bucket for QA here. And now I use it sometimes on my Kioti for a digging bucket as it is narrower. Here is the thread

If you plan on using front attachments, then in my opinion the QA is the only way to go. And if you don't plan on using attachments, most people want them sooner or later anyway, they just didn't plan, like me.:) I made sure the next tractor I bought had QA.

+1
My DK 35 is a 2001 model.
QA with heavy duty bucket was a newly added $500 option at that time.
I knew it was a feature I didn't want to be without, so I had the dealer install it before my tractor was delivered.
I can switch from bucket to forks to front snow plow in minutes.

Yea I wouldn't be lifting any heavy hay bales(even though I might try😀) as soon as I have an extra $1000 to spare I'll be pulling the trigger.
