Are you going to convert your old bucket and keep it too? or did you trade it in? I converted my old one, and I still have it even though I traded the tractor off (a Kubota) and of course it fits my new tractor (a Kioti) just fine.

I'm keeping my old bucket. I've thought about cutting the ears off and welding a ssqa plate on, but the plate would stick up higher than the back of the bucket. Any other suggestions what to do with it?

Wait until you get your adaptor and see how it will fit. I am not so sure the plate couldn't fit on it. If not, I guess you could try to advertise and sell it.

the original pins are not long enough and the new bucket did not come with new ones. I've been In contact with my dealer the past couple of days trying to get longer ones

Just in case anyone is curious, I weighed the adapter plate before I put it on and it was 92lbs. Not sure how much the bucket weighs, but I would imagine it weighs a little more than the factory bucket since its bigger.
