3-Point Hitch Top and tilt for CK4010 hst

Hi, I recently purchased a new CK4010hst and am very excited about joining the Kioti family! I also purchased a bushhog rotary cutter, pallet forks, grapple, and landplane. I have a question about top and tilt cylinder type and length, has any one installed a TNT on this model and if so, could I get some information on off of the cylinders you are using?

If not I'll provide a little insight to my recent TNT install. The guy who pops up on a google search- fitrite seems to have good stuff but you must pay in full, up front and then wait 3+ months for the product. I ended up with a Gearmore setup. They have terrible info on their web page but the kit has worked well. I did a quick video of the TNT that is on YouTube if you want to check it out.
If you are going to make the kit yourself I would suggest having the implement hooked up to the lower links and measuring everything yourself. 98% of the work is tying into and running hydro lines and figuring out how to mount the valve and rear quick connects that will go to the cylinders. If you started with the measurements and then ordered the two cylinders I'm betting the cylinders would arrive before the rest of the install was done.
I would also suggest a 3 spool valve as they cost about the same and having the option to add a third function would be nice- I use mine for the rippers.

Good luck and enjoy the TNT. I have no idea how anyone gets anything done without this setup- way more patience than me!

Thank you so much for the information. I already have the remotes (2) on the rear and both levers, had my dealer install those as I thought it might be a bit too technical for my challenged brain. Now I am just trying to figure out the size, length, and overall travel of the cylinders, I figured I would be able to install that portion pretty easily. I will search for you video and have a look. Gearmore also sells just the cylinders- they will know length and the prices are fair.

My opinion, If your remotes do not have float function, I recommend cylinders with check valves.
I had non check valve cylinders years ago and the tilt cylinder had a habit of drifting off. (real PITA)
I have a top link and tilt cylinder with check valves for the past 15 years and they stay where I put them, never drift off.

Should not have mentioned brand name as it has nothing to do with the drifting.

I got mine from C&C imports ( Carter & Carter)15 years ago.
Not sure they are still in business, a quick search and I couldn't find it.
Surplus Center carries top links with check valve, not sure about side links.

Just so others understand, the cylinder drift is caused by your control valve, not the cylinder. Murphy, any cylinder that YOU have that does not have check valves is going to drift because your control valve is faulty. Check with these guys if you want a cylinder with a check valve.

Brian, I am NOT blaming your cylinder as I know its my control. Thanks for the link. The valve is not faulty its just the way these ones are.
