Prices are dropping a little again. I paid $2.059 for diesel today, which is down from about $2.129 a few days ago.

I saw diesel at $1.959 today near Baton Rouge. But, it was one of those places that I can not get to the pump with my 28' trailer attached.

I paid $2.199 today at the same place I had fueled up just over 2 years ago when I started this thread. It was a small truck stop/casino north of Lake Charles, LA. I had paid $2.999 that day (December 4, 2014)

Prices are creeping back up around here. Most places are at least $2.25 and I saw one truck stop at $2.49 today.

94.9 cents for highway diesel and 98.9 cents for highway gasoline. No way that diesel option in a car or light truck is going to break even in cost before the vehicle is scrapped.
