Haha. Yes, it's a challenge to make it look tough with those tires, but they definitely give it some traction!
The ones on our L6060 are a little more MANLY!

No I meant it, it looks good like that. I always liked ag tires better on most tractors. Those b series look like they'd go just about anywhere. That L6060 is by far one of the best looking kubotas. Someday I'll have one just like it.

Nice! I'm even more interested in how you got the tractor out of that mess.

Well I tried to get my truck close but that turned out to be a bad idea...

Ended up dropping the disks, lifting the front end enough with the loader to get some fence posts under the front tires, dug out enough slop from the rears to get 2x4 scrap under the front portion and repeated that three times before I gained enough inches to start crawling out.

I had found another one about 10 minutes prior that buried a front tire but lifting up on the disks and diff lock got me out of that one.

I'm impressed. Was thinking that one might have been a good application for the EA Wicked "Unstuck Stick". Travis - let me know when you need a prototype tested. Lightweight and strong will be key...

The real action starts at about the one minute mark. And he had to drop his discs too. Now back to grapples...

Finally had someone else (my son) to be the operator so I had a chance to grab some action shots.

Clearing out some small trees from an old fence line and cutting anything firewood worthy out for my uncles to come get.

Hmmm, for the right price I would buy. Wouldn't need to be more complicated than an I-beam with a t-slot type cut that log chain could be sinched up into.

I volunteer to do some product testing:eek:

Me too! High strength and light weight material. Oh wait - I just remembered that my wheels have no holes in them!!!! When did that happen to tractors?

(It's OK, Travis and Ted will figure something out...)

Haha! I think we better stay away from this new product idea anyway. The guy in the video would've landed on his back with a tractor on top if he stayed in the throttle without clutching it!!

Another satisfied Wicked Grapple customer. This customer, from Newfoundland, Canada, has our 50" Wicked Grapple on his John Deere 1025R.

"Just like the attachment says: WICKED. Very pleased with the grapple & have been able to do everything that i wanted to do so far. Very well built.
I would highly recommend this grapple for anyone with a small tractor."

Oh oh! Think I hear the safety police coming?

When I was 8, I was driving an 8N, pulling hay into our barn and pulling a hay rake with Farmall H when I was 10. A lady, down the road, was horrified at this.

Yep, when I was old enough to roll over, I was hanging onto the fender of Grandpa's 1080 Massey while he was discing the back 40.

Re: The WICKED Root & Debris GRAPPLE!!!!!!!

If that picture brought out the safety police, their heads would absolutely explode if they saw the farmer down the street from us that used to carry his son IN A CAR SEAT strapped to an old square fendered JD tractor (I was a kid then too don't remember the Model #). It was a sight and more than a one time thing.

When I was 8, I was driving an 8N, pulling hay into our barn...

Same here. Also used to ride the draw bar holding onto the fender when I was older.
I'm 44 now and about to do a hydraulic system rebuild on that same 8N this winter. Lots of good memories with my Father on that little Ford.
Some people just don't know the life they are missing out on being afraid to live.

We need a separate thread on things we've done that folks would have a fit over now. LOL
