Branding with logos is important in these days off knock offs and low quality imports. I wouldn't associate it with extra cost to the consumer anymore than the logos on the tractor it would be used with.

I know this adds to your cost, but the bottom tines will get bent sideways with rock and root usage.
Two choices to remedy , make tines thicker, (You add weight, so maybe make them 1/8 thicker is a good compromise)
Or add stiffening ribs from 1/4" or max 5/16" thk SR 400 stock, minimal weight but extra parts and welding, fixturing, etc. will add to cost.
To avoid needing to press with a curve to fit the tine shape, make all the tines flat bottom on all the tines,same as the outboard tine.

The Wicked still looks reasonably light, but way stronger.
Just out of curiosity, what's the weight difference?
