Good morning! 65˚ windy, very windy.
No definite news on the tractor roll over, just someone said it was a Backhoe and someone said they saw Starflight. Will have to wait until newspaper day.
No answer back from PM to Ed.
No go on the cottage project.

Hmmm a regular "NO" day.

46°F and light rain this morning, going up to 59° today. Warmed overnight. Freezing rain, sleet, and snow expected on Friday.

Terminex was supposed to be sending someone yesterday morning between 9-11. Wife called them back around 11:30, and the woman she talked with said she could see where she called before, but no appointment was ever scheduled in their system. She reminded them that our project is now delayed while we wait for them to be present to see the colony when the rest of the floor is opened. Supposed to happen today now. (shaking my head) :irked:

Carpenter made strides in other areas, and the electrician got many of the can lights installed for the kitchen, living room, and over the stairs.

47 this morning and headed to 53 today. Rain after lunch.

Wife and youngest still sick. Wife is feeling better. Dragged her to doctor Sunday. They said stomach virus and gave her 2 more days off. Odd part is she got sick Saturday night and she hadn't cleared the door to the house since Thursday.

Take care of birds and cover auger motor with rubber mat. Try to keep some water off it. Then take oldest into ENT doctor for a regular checkup.

That's funny. Always heard if you ordered one you could watch it be built. Don't know as I've never been to the museum much less the plant.

Both of my boys were born in Bowling Green. The closest Lowe's or HD is there. Also the closest mall and Harbor Freight. I'm in town a couple of times a month. Have to drive by the museum to sell cattle. But never stop.

Don hopefully you're not needed. Wife's uncle turned one over about 3 years ago. Took him over a year to get back to work.

The National Corvette Museum is open daily and very enjoyable to see. We've been members of the NCM for many years. You can also get a tour of the Corvette Plant, located on other side of 446, on most days.

Corvette even has an option for you to assist in building your own engine for, I believe, the Z06 and Grand Sport. They have a big charge to use your labor.

Nice vette! 34 here, going to 45. Snowed last night, about 5 inches, real heavy snow. Plowed out the drive and paths to the barns, off to lunch soon.

Farmer, hope you guys get better.

That's a good-looking tractor, Rick. Car's not bad either. I've always preferred the pre-'83 'Vettes, myself ... a red '63 with split rear window being my all-time fave.

We sold our 67 coupe with 427/435 HP a few years ago. I bought it new in October 1966. It never had air conditioning as GM would not build it with A/C so, not much fun to drive during Texas Summers.

A friend bought a 63 Coupe about 20 years ago and the rear divider really made it hard to see out back with the inside rear view mirror.

A friend of mine had 400 h.p. 427 with AC, still had the three two barrels, but hydraulic lifters.

Never owned one, but I drove one a couple of times. It's definitely not a practical design. But from a purely aesthetic standpoint, that split just looks right to me. Same with the '82 and earlier; nothing wrong with the later models, I just like the curvier look.
