Now I get to experiment with different fillings. The one made today had a spicy bean filling, coming soon will be jack fruit filling and soy curl filling. I'm also looking into an apple filling tamale.

17 right now...mid-30's today. Looks like some snow this afternoon into the overnight. The prediction is 3-5 inches...we'll see what we get.

It should be full daylight by now, if only the heavy black clouds weren't making things so difficult for the sun. Not that I'm complaining, they have kept the frost away, which is good as we have the best part of a couple of hours driving to go and see my sister today.

All these days with no contact from Ed is making it look more serious than a lost internet connection, though lets not give up all hope just yet.

Ed, did you blow up your computer, trying to post your first ever picture ? We expected you would be busy in the new workshop once you got power through, but it has to be more than that to keep you away. Let's still hope that right now you are lying in bed, thinking which new power tool to try out first, while slowly recovering from whatever happened and that one day you will make it back to say Good morning to us again.

17F clear sky upper 30's for high.
Storm arriving tonight depends which station one listens to 3-5 or 4-7 either way hook up plow to pickup after work....least drive way etc. clear from any ice.

Half way January already,one notice little more day light AM/PM.
