And I am betting that almost every piece of kiln dried lumber I have used over the years has had some form of tractor hooked onto it at some time or other ! :laughing:

I have found that a piece of kd lumber that has a bow, bad cup or hook will tend to do it again a few days after it has been machined . No good for a door . Another thing is to make sure all your tenons and mortises are cut true and square . 1 or 2 degrees out will really give you grief .The last thing is a good flat bench to assemble on and clamp under and over your door to make sure you are not drawing your stiles too much in one direction. That being said , wood is mother natures own product and sometimes it does what it wants regardless of how much care you take :)

Actually it seems to have sagged to the left since it was installed ! :D
