Price Check Used 2015 25D with about 100 hours

Hi all.

Hey I am looking around a bit and I see a 25D with just under a 100 hours for sale by a rental company.
They are asking 15500 for it, just wondering is this a good deal what would make it a good deal?

They have some older ones two but the price does not seem to go down much.

What all is included? Just the base machine with backhoe and FEL? Doesn't sound like a stellar deal, to me, but I haven't priced them, in a while.

Dealer around here is selling new ones for $16.5K plus price of 2 extra implements. Their add is somewhat misleading till you talk to them.

Not sure what to do. Here was my original thought. Pick up a used BX and used it for a few years and sell it.

Right now that plan seems to be on hold.
Got to decide what I am willing to pay, the difference in used price does not seem to make a lot of difference.

Not sure if long term it make sense or rent with the idea it is just easier.

Pricing is quite a bit higher in the Northeast, if that is not an obvious statement, I don't know what is.

Attached you'll find the price form the March 2014 Wholegoods pricing. Sorry, but I don't have a 2015 guide. In any case, it should give you a good idea what the list price was in 2014.

Yes. People, especially dealers, seem to believe that compact tractors are made of solid gold up here.

Prime example is the Kubota dealer right down the road. Selling a nice L3710, soft side cab for...... $19,750. Are you *%#$ ing kidding me? LA682 loader denotes 2002 model at earliest. So 15 year old machine, sub-500 hrs is selling for the exact same price as it went for new off the lot in 2003? No thank you!!! Just checking Tractorhouse, Fastline..... its the most expensive L3710 in the continental United States

An hour drive into Mass yields a L4310 for 15,000.

Ive gotten more than one quote from Barlows who absolutely destroys the dealers here in NY, even after freight.
