Nice work!

If those hoses start to seem like they're kinking on you (well, you should catch them before they actually kink) you might consider rotating that equalizer(?) tube (I checked with the folks at Surplus Center and they said it was fine to rotate this):

Of course, I've got 90 degree fittings there. I was concerned about the fittings + hoses sticking getting jammed up against that top-link holder bracket (I'll remove that bracket when I get my quick hitch).

I don't recall running across anyone else that's done this.

I am definitely going to do this. I already accidentally knocked the hose against the bracket when I lifted the 3pt all the way. I was planning on cutting off the bracket, but I think rotating will be better. Was it simple to rotate? I am a complete hydraulic novice. I think I may need longer hoses too, but I want to try rotating that block like you did.

Just loosen the nuts on the ends of the pipe, rotate the pipe and block assembly and then tighten up. I haven't yet used this (only tested), but I am sure that it's the ticket for me.
