Since this thread is in the welding forum,,,
I would try to weld the tire,,, get the New MILLER BOBCAT CUTIRE 200 welder,,
what shielding gas is required?

Now how the He** did that happen?
I know I clicked on tires and new thread!

But maybe your on to something...Is there a MILLER BOBCAT CUTIRE 200 Vulcanizer? Or maybe a blow torch vulcanizer?

The rubber used in new tractor tires just is not as tough as it used to be. Back when I was a builder, my dad had a Pettibone forklift. I would say the rear tires were 30 years old and had cracks large enough that I could slide my fingers in, but in the 15 years we owned that machine, those tires never went flat.

It depends on where the cut is,,, but,,,

I have seen an AG tire have 1/8" holes drilled 1/2" from the slice,,
then, you simply "sew" the cut closed with stainless steel wire.

That held when I had my hernia operation,, I doubt your tractor could strain the tire any harder,,,
