Nice perspective of your road. What do you use to mow the grass along the pond?

Resurecting my "zombie thread" on road build. Wife and I have been working on it recently and today I had some #3 rock delivered.

I also bought a blade yesterday after spending 2 months watching crags list.

Dude! My envy of your equipment is getting hard to deal with. If it suddenly disappears you might want to check I95 headed North!:D

When I bought the place they had a 2002 Exmark walk behind 48 inch that I bought for 700. It does the job well but it gets a little hanky sometimes. I won't let anyone else do it.

I'll have to put lojack on my implements. After some of my landscaping materials grew legs, I put up more cameras and made sure to lock the gate. I need a barn to get my equipment out of the rain.

nice, thanks for sharing. Did you get the gauge wheels for it also (I see brackets that look like they might be for some wheels on back of blade)?

The brackets are for skid shoes. There is no wheel for this model and I don't know how hard it would be to modify it to take one.

It would be nice if you could fab up a gauge wheel for that cool blade. Here are key components well priced.

Someone on TBN added rear wheels to their angle blade. Moved the wheels back a couple feet from the moldboard. Very nice for leveling and driveway work. Can't remember who it was though......

So, you could fab up something like this.
