Mods, I think that every possible design and fab flaw that might happen, as well as dozens of possible resolutions for each, not to mention every frustration, has been covered ad-nauseum in this thread, yet the frustration seems to continue to climb. Maybe a good time to close the thread?

Mine was delivered in perfect condition and as far as I'm concerned EA makes a **** good box blade
There should be no frustration, if we can not have intellectual intelligent conversation about fabrication issues and how to improve on those designs without one party getting mad and refusing to join in on the conversation and then leaving the thread multiple times, then maybe they should not be a forum sponsor. As an adult and business owner, or employee representing a company you need to conduct yourself in a professional manner! The OP of this thread has been respectful, courteous, civil, and has praised EA over and over throughout this thread about many good features of this box scraper with not even a thank you from EA. The only thing you should be nauseated about is a company calling a customer (left field crazy) for simply asking to work through a few minor issues, or asking a company questions about improvements they can make without the company getting mad.
