Can you open the lid so it stays up?? I made mine shorter after taking the seat back into account. I have to keep the seat all the way back. My fabricated toolbox is still big enough for a tool tray but not as big as yours.

Yea it will stay open. It is a good size box and has a tray inside.

Hi PNWKioti,

I'm in the PNW as well! And I've got a 2015/2016 CK2510HST.

I put some angle iron between the roll bar posts, on top of that some aluminum plate and bolted to that an ammo box -- the slightly larger (wider) type. See pics. I can still see the ground in the back while sitting down.

Few month old thread but I figured it would be the best place to post. I added this to my NX4510 recently, it holds everything I need and with it being round when I need the ROPS I just fold them up and everything just rolls down. Double walled and for $19.99 at H.D. it works perfect, only other advantage is it comes in orange.

That is a great idea. I'm planning on folding up my ROPS too as I really do not need it. I like your log tongs hanging there also.

BigCountry, How long ago did you buy your tool box? I can't seem to find that one anywhere locally.

Originally I mounted a tool box on the back of the tractor. Bolt holes were already there and I thought it was a good place. Turns out I had to move it because it was too hard to get at the remotes to plug in or out.
I decided to attach the box to the loader arms. I put a piece of angle on top and bottom and welded most of my original toolbox bracket to vertical flat stock. Made two inside brackets out of flat stock and passed 4 bolts through round tubing to hold it in place. Pics attached of original location plus now on the arms.

I bought it about 2 months ago, I was just in HD last week they had them. They were with all the toolboxes up high at mine. I think they went up to $24.99

I'll have to check them out. I looked online and they said it was not available. I called two local stores. no longer available. I guess you lucked out on yours. I was told by one store that they closed them out recently.

I called my store they are "end stock", said they are discontinued from the manufacturer.
I probably will go pick up one if the still have them. I like the new double chest they have too from ridgid. I dont know how it work on the ROPS but looks beefy. If they have them I'll PM you and can ship it to you.

On my ck 4010 it had 2 brackets sticking up on top of the fuel tank. I mounted perforated angle to the brackets then mounted my tool box to the angle. It didn't affect the rops and has served me well.
