Thanks. Well today I played in the back again. Tried out the turning radius on a few thing. First there was the fire pit ring. It is 3 feet across. The back edge of the deck held track all 360 degrees around the ring. It could hold a tighter circle than this. Next was a little rectangular fence I have my kids ducklings in. Down one side then turn in as the back part of deck approached corner. Pulled right up to the next wall with only 9 inches missed at the corner. Of course I was going slow. Additionally the cut quality is excellent. So I'm thinking. How could John Deere improve on this tractor style mower? I think the x390 would be phenomenal. Or the model like the x390 with all wheel steer. Already dreaming about my next one. 😂

Enjoy learning your new John Deere, it’s a lot of fun. The beauty of a JD- not only do you have a quality product that will last you 20 years- if you decide down the road to “upgrade” your tractor to a X5xx or X7xx series that 380 holds its value well – dealer will give you a nice trade in. I think even critics of JD can admit no lawn tractors hold their value like a JD does

That is a sharp looking tractor, you make a good choice there. She will last a really long time and as far as just giving away your older cub, that's admirable. Something I hope some day I will be able to do when I'm done with my stuff.

Bahaha you will probably have to pay someone a few hundred dollars to take that husky off your hands>>LOL JK giving you a hard time for that pic of the 4320 vs the husky..LOL

As mentioned in a previous post, the washer and dryer were delivered today. Truck pulled up at 7:30 and within just a few minutes they were installed. I usually do all this myself, but these guys were so quick I think I'll turn all this service work over to those I buy from in the future. Anyway. Wife is very pleased. Now she has something nice to wash all my grass stained pants with. I love team work. Oh, the unit is a MAYTAG Bravos XL with MCT (Maytag Commercial Technology.

I have a new X-350 with 0.9 hours that may soon be wearing a for sale sign. I had no idea the brake pedal arrangement would be so aggravating.

How is it located? I did not look closely at x350. Is it like the 380? Mine is above the forward and reverse pedals. I press pedal and pull up on orange park brake lever on dash. This locks in place. Now my land is not that rolling. What slight hill I have I'm still using accelerator going down. If my yard was very steep, the roll back/down might be more of a concern.

Same location as the X-380.

My dads 445 I believe has the same pedal set up, I have used that tractor since I was a kid and have no probs with it, the hydrostatic tranny slows the tractor down so much that I can only think of a few times I have ever used the brakes on it.

I have mowed some very steep hills with it, one reason I don't like to hit the breaks is because if the *** end starts sliding down a hill you can get into some real trouble, best to do a slow coast down the hill.

Sorry to hear it's causing you trouble. I wonder what might be on YouTube as help. I'd have to load up and go find a hill to try it out on.

Maytag makes a fine washer and dryer, I have a set of front load Neptune's, I believe a stackable version. I have had them 2 years now and the only prob I had was the dryers drum stopped spinning. I thought about it for awhile and convinced myself to tear into it instead of paying a guy for a quick and easy fix, so after watching a YouTube video I tore it all apart and found the tensioner for the drum belt had a screw back out due to vibration. I put that back together with some locktight, took a shop vac to the whole thing, even took the cover off the burner section and cleaned all that out, lubed the rollers for the drum, made sure everything was in good shape and put it all back together, it's worked perfectly ever since.

Wasn't hard to work on at all, but I hear washers can be a pain.

My dad has had a set of neptunes for 6 or 7 years now without any issues at all. I would buy a set of May tags again.

From what I have seen, Samsung over complicates all there appliances and LG has struggled to make a reliable washer.
