Looking for reputable pole barn building companies in New England

Thanks. Did a quote through DIYpolebarns and they came back with $25,791.22 for materials and a preferred builder estimate for the build at $12,600.

I assume the build quote does not include pad prep and concrete pouring?

The cost will likely be higher with Morton, but in my opinion they are the BEST!
I would recommend getting the concrete done by a local concrete guy.
Check his work out CAREFULLY though! Concrete is FOREVER!

Morton's had done a quote for me in November for a 30x40x10. I emailed them yesterday to get an updated quote for the bigger size.

I built with Morton in '89 and again in '13. If there is a 3rd one it will be Morton also. They will do a turn-key build for you but it will be expensive. They engineer, deliver and build sheds. Everything else is subcontracted out, from building the pad to locksmithing, and with 20% surcharge added to the bill. You'd be better off hiring the subcontractors and paying them.

When we built (not Morton) we GC'ed our job. Found someone to do the pad, someone else for building and someone for electric and well etc. Saved over 10K as a result. It has been a pain at times to do it that way, but well worth the savings.

I just put up the same size with an 8x24 and 10x60 shed roof on the sides. Used a company out of PA, they were very good.

Just my 2 cents, for what it's worth. I'd consider a bigger lean-to on the side, if you have room. Mine's 12 ft, and I wish it were bigger. And I thought 12ft would be bigger than I needed. You can't have too much area under roof, you'll always find something to put there.
