Cheap $20 a month Stand Alone Unlimited Rural Internet through AT&T Wireless

I tried to order one on the Best Buy Website, but didn't have any luck. Even when I found a store that had them in stock, the price was $0.00 and no "Add To Cart" button.

So I went to eBay and ordered one from Best Buy:  AT&T - ZTE Mobley 4G LTE Wi-Fi Hotspot - Black | eBay

$79 from Best Buy via eBay beats $99 from AT&T directly. Too bad I already ordered. Maybe AT&T will credit me the $20 if I tell them!! :)

AT&T did come through and give me $25 credit to match Best Buy's price. Sweet! I guess spending as much **** money as I spend with them every month (for mobile phones and DirecTV) they see the value in keeping a happy customer. :)

Wow.. this is looking promissing. wish our work location wasn't in an at&t dead zone. we only get verizon here. sprint and at&t phones just barely can get signal standing outside. And VZ is slow.....

How much signal can you get from the AT&T?
I'm pulling about -113db but still getting 2 to 3Mb download speed.

We toggle off iPhone on T-Mobile many times while traveling, works great if we have LTE signal. No ATT signal at our house, so stuck with KomKast, Southern Sektor for internet.

Thanks for posting that link to best buy on ebay, I had a friend wanting one without contact and they just order one

Also if any not wanting to build adapters by hand and can't solder(me) or just not wanting to mess with it the adapters on ebay seem cheaper than amazon. I personally loath paypal but that is just me

We've had T-Mobile for about 3 years. Works great and very acceptable in most cities. However, we have a family joke running about if you see corn, better hurry up and finish your business quick because your T-Mobile signal will soon die! Corn is T-Mobile's Kryptonite!!!

Just found one hiccup and resolved it. The default time-out after you shut the vehicle off is 30 minutes. I used the manager site to set it to never shut down and all is good now. Keeps it from shutting down with voltage under ~12.7 (a guess at the voltage level that it assumes means the vehicle is running...)

6 down, almost 4 up outside Mancos. Still better than my DSL back in Farmington...

Chatted with ATT Support. Told them I bought the item a few hours earlier and then found it cheaper from BB. Asked whether they could match it.
