I have tried every combo that makes any sense to me.
I can get to the need help signing in and it asks for zip code ,enter that and back to the original screen.

Going to have to call ATT and am dreading doing that:laughing::confused2:

To create a new online account you should only need the Mobley phone number (from wifimanager) OR your account number plus zip code.

i wish... ATT fixed it but had to generate a temporary # just got it fixed but took 2 tries.
partly my fault because when they sent the temp #, the 2 emails that were sent the titles were reversed and of course I only opened the one the rep told me to.
only took 2 reps this time:laughing:
Only question I have now is the account says 2 days left in bill cycle??

It appears they start the billing cycle 3 days after activation. Why? No one, including AT&T staff, know.

I just got an email... I owe them $47.01 for my first 2 days, but there is no bill on the AT&T website so I don't know what it is for.

I assume it is for a prorated $2.01 plus $45.00 activation fee. Which I was told would be zero.

Have I mentioned how much I dislike doing business with AT&T? :mur:

Well that makes sense...

Had to unload hay today and left the Mobley on, get back and look at the lights and the connect light is off.
I try all the basic trouble shooting steps and after a few minutes come to the conclusion that THEY HAVE TURNED OFF my access?!!!:banghead::pullinghair:

I call again and the first person says I can't discuss anything with you and without another word transfers me to the fraud unit... after another 45 minutes of questions They finally believe I am the actual customer and RE- activate the service. I got a bit hot this time... this outfit is unbelievable... They bumped my blood pressure up about 40 points - Now hows that for great customer service...

AT&T made me answer the questions before they would even ship mine, guess they didn't believe I was a legit customer from the git go :p

Seems the only way to avoid being asked all the questions is activate in person at AT&T store, but that has its own issues with clueless staff on how to even activate it.

Seems to me the easiest way to get done is activate online and just assume your eventually going to have to answer some verification questions.

even with the "no sleep" setting, i am still getting the Mobley going dead after a night or day of no usage.
quick unplug and replug back in and and everything connects fine.

my speeds are still good, with the unit hanging in a window!
anywhere from 8 to 18 mps

Did you try picking it up and lightly shaking it?

no, i have looked at it and both green lights were still on. when i get time i'll give a shake, but
really if i have to do that it's just as easy to unplug.

On mine the lights were out, pick it up and move it up and down a little, the lights came back on and it was operational.

You could put it on a timer that would power it off for a while when not being used.

Or this type switch:
