BX25D-1
Is the this tractor supply post hole digger compatible with the BX25D-1? Trying to determine if it will fit on my new tractor. Thanks for your help!

It looks similar configuration to my AgriEase post hole digger that works on my BX2660 (basically same tractor as yours. ) You may be limited by what length of Auger you can fit on it . I managed to fit a 48 inch deep 9 inch dia auger on mine but I had to move the half circle bolt hole (you have four holes in your Countyline one, ) and I moved my bolt hole choice to the one most inside closest to tractor, so I could have the highest lift without dragging the auger when moving around, now it clears ground by a few inches and I bungee cord Auger up further when driving around. I think I lost some "leverage " to pull the Auger out of the ground when under load of clay , by choosing that last bolt hole, but I have learned to be careful to do the hole in small bites , I bet your tractor will do fine ,

Our Land Shark Subcompact Post Hole Digger(click link to see it in action behind our BX2670) is designed specifically for BX and other subcompact tractors. It has a shorter boom than full sized models and the auger is closer to your tractor, which enhances a small tractor's ability to lift the auger out of the ground.

Here's an overview from one of our customers who has a John Deere 1025R.

Those videos show a short auger , up here frost is 48 inch , so longer Auger needed for many jobs , but If my BX2660 can do a 9 inch by 48 inch length in clay , then Mikecrom83 should have no problem with similar size................I do like the Everything attachment many many helpful videos however , although I am always jealous of the fairly loose soil the attachment videos show .

Yes, a BX is capable of using a 48" long auger. We've sold our EA Compact Tractor PHD for years on BX tractors.
BUT....with the boom being longer to ensure enough ground clearance for the 48" auger, if it gets corkscrewed quickly into the ground, the BX's lifting ability is put to a serious test!
Experienced operators= Maybe no problem.
Many operators aren't experienced though!

Smile ...........someone should come up with a reversible gear box for those emergency corkscrew situations , I have only done the long pipe wrench with helper pipe once , so careful use in clay is a must now. :D
