How do you get the foam out of the tires when you have to replace the tires.

Nobody near me does foam. Kind of stinks I'm outta luck there. I'll probably tube the fronts, but I think their flimsy sidewalks are the bigger issue for loader work.

In 2009 I had a BX2660. The front tires had slow leaks as mentioned earlier. My solution was to reset the front tires with a bead sealer. That solved the problem. As to the quality of my turf tires, they were fine. The BX handled heavy FEL loads without a problem, but, as the OE manual said, I raised the front tire pressure when doing loader work. Finally I just left them at the raised pressure all the time versus lowering it when mowing (for a softer ride).

Interesting. I guess I need to read the manual on this. I keep them all at the max pressure on the sidewall. I wouldn't expect a tire manufacture to endorse exceeding the tire pressure molded on the sidewall, especially under the pressure of a full loader.

I suggest you tube them. I was doing a lot of heavy (for a BX) loader work and was often finding one or the other fronts going flat. Didn't want to slime. Went to Les Schwab and for about $20ea they tubed them. Never put air in, since. Highly recommend.
